  • Architecture/Interior Design Summer Intern (0-1 year's experience)

    We are looking for creative, talented, and team-oriented candidates for intern positions in architecture or interior design, who are pursuing a professional degree in architecture or interior design. You should be passionate about design, work well across multiple teams, and communicate your ideas and approach in a clear and thoughtful manner. You will work collectively with our dynamic firm to develop innovative and thoughtful solutions for a wide range of clients and project types. This position will focus on providing support across multiple projects currently in construction administration.

    This role can be located in our Philadelphia or Princeton office.

    • Strong design and conceptual development skills

    • Highly organized, with an eye for detail, strong technical skills, and problem solving

  • Interior Designer (3-5 years’ experience)

    We are looking for a creative, talented and team-oriented interior designer/architect. You should be passionate about design, work well across multiple teams, and communicate your ideas and approach in a clear and thoughtful manner. You will work collectively with our dynamic firm to develop innovative, thoughtful, and technical solutions for a wide range of clients and project types.

    This role can be located in our Philadelphia or Princeton office.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Participate in project design and documentation in all aspects of practice; including programming, design, documentation, and construction administration - particularly with an excellence in detailing
    • Interface with clients at every level of a project
    • Review building codes to assure the design complies with legal standards
    • Prepare graphic presentations, prepare project layouts, and develop design in 2D and 3D using AutoCad
    • Support project teams - align in house staffing resources with project needs, budget, and deadlines

    Requirements and skills:

    • Passion for design excellence and the ability of architecture to affect meaningful change - transforming the heart of the matter beyond metal and mortar, into empowerment, creativity, knowledge, and achievement
    • Experience in all aspects of interior design practice, including programming, design, detailing, furniture planning, and selection, and/or finishes preferred
    • Experience with client interface, networking, and relationship building
    • Strong and respectful verbal and written skills; within the office and with consultants, contractors and clients
    • Corporate, workplace, and institutional project experience
    • Strong design and visualization skills
    • Ability to be collaborative and pro-active
    • Fluency with REVIT, AUTOCAD  and Adobe Creative Suite
    • Highly organized, with an eye for detail, strong technical skills, and problem solving
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
    • Legal working status in the United States
    • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19

    Preferred:

    • LEED accreditation or pursuing accreditation
    • Interior Design Certification (e.g. NCIDQ) or pursuing certification
