  • Intern Architect (1-3 years’ experience)

    This position is for a full-time intern on the path to licensure with one to three years of experience. We are looking for a creative, talented and team-oriented candidate. You should be passionate about design, work well across multiple teams, and communicate your ideas and approach in a clear and thoughtful manner. You will work collectively with our dynamic firm to develop innovative and thoughtful solutions for a wide range of clients and project types. 

    This role will be located in the New York City or Philadelphia office.

    Requirements and skills:

    • Strong design and conceptual development skills and a passion for design excellence
    • Ability to work closely and collaboratively on a project team
    • Highly organized, with an eye for detail and ability to iterate design ideas
    • Strong and respectful verbal and written skills; within the office and with consultants, contractors and clients
    • A commitment to responsibility, integrity, and accuracy
    • Some experience with client interface preferred
    • Strong design and visualization skills
    • Fluency with REVIT, AUTOCAD and 3-D modeling programs and Adobe Creative Suite
    • Legal working status in the United States
    • On path to licensure
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Senior Project Architect (10+ years' experience)

  • Interior Designer (3-5 years' experience)

    We are looking for a creative, talented and team-oriented interior designer. You should be passionate about design, work well with people, and communicate your ideas and approach in a clear and thoughtful manner. You will work collectively with our dynamic firm to develop innovative, thoughtful, and technical solutions for a wide range of clients and project types. 

    This role will be located in the New York City or Philadelphia office.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Participate in project design and documentation in all aspects of practice; including programming, design, documentation and construction administration – particularly with an excellence in detailing.
    • Interface with clients at every level of a project.
    • Review building codes to assure that design complies with legal standards.
    • Prepare graphic presentations, prepare project layouts and develop design in 2D and 3D using AutoCAD.
    • Support project teams – align in-house staffing resources with project needs, budget, and deadlines.

    Requirements:

    • Passion for design excellence.
    • Experience in all aspects of interior design practice, including programming, design, detailing, furniture planning and selection, and/or finishes preferred.
    • Experience with client interface, networking, and relationship building.
    • Strong and respectful writing and verbal communications skills; within the office, to clients, consultants and contractors.
    • Corporate, workplace and institutional project experience.
    • Strong design and visualization skills.
    • Ability to be collaborative and pro-active.
    • Fluency with REVIT, AutoCAD, and Adobe suite.
    • Highly organized with an eye for detail and problem solving.

    • Bachelor’s in Architecture or Interior Design.

  • Senior Accountant

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Enter project budget and funding based on information included in the contract documents and provided by Project Managers
    • Responsible for creation of accurate client invoices in compliance with contract terms and accounting schedule; work with consultants and Project Managers to ensure terms are set prior to initial invoicing
    • Assist with research and collaborate in tracking and correcting project and project team financial strength in relation to firm goals for Project Managers, Controller and Partners
    • Collection management, collaborate with Project Managers and Partners to resolve outstanding AR issues and confirm documentation of collection activities
    • Process Accounts Payable transactions for Consultants
    • Review, approve and communicate release of sub consultant payments
    • Reconcile and close out all projects to ensure all revenue has been billed and all time and expenses have been recorded in order to accurately report the profitable on the project to the Controller and Partners
    • Provide additional financial and project accounting support as needed (ex. Quarterly and year end close, additional service development, etc.)
    • Participate in developing critical systems and process tools to help create a continuum of progress related to Architect, Accounting and Marketing collaboration

    Qualifications:

    • 4-Yr Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting with a minimum of 5+ years accounting experience
    • Deltek experience a plus; proficient with MS Office applications
    • Accounting experience in A/E/C industry desirable
    • Must be self-motivated, well-organized, detail-oriented and able to work well independently and as part of a team; critical thinking is essential
    • Requires personable and professional face-to-face, telephone and email communications
