  • Architectural Designer (3-5 years’ experience)

    This position is for a full-time architectural designer on the path to licensure with three to five years of experience. We are looking for a creative, talented and team-oriented candidate. You should be passionate about design, work well across multiple teams, and communicate your ideas and approach in a clear and thoughtful manner. You will work collectively with our dynamic firm to develop innovative and thoughtful solutions for a wide range of clients and project types.

    This role can be located in any one of our three locations,  New York City, Philadelphia, or Princeton.

    Requirements and skills:

    • Passion for design excellence

    • Strong design and technical skills and a passion for design excellence
    • Ability to manage project teams, project budget, and workplan
    • Strong experience in organizing design and construction documentation
    • Highly organized, with an eye for detail, strong technical skills, and problem solving
    • Strong and respectful verbal and written skills; within the office and with consultants, contractors and clients
    • A commitment to responsibility, integrity, and accuracy
    • Some experience with client interface preferred
    • Strong design and visualization skills
    • Fluency with REVIT, AUTOCAD and 3-D modeling programs and Adobe Creative Suite
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
    • On path to licensure
    • Legal working status in the United States

  • Marketing Writer and Content Coordinator

    The ideal candidate for this role has a bachelor’s degree in English, communications, or journalism, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role for a professional services firm. Experience with project lifecycles, marketing campaigns, and/or the A/E/C industry is a plus.

    This role will be based out of our Philadelphia office.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    The Marketing Writer and Content Coordinator’s main responsibility is writing content for various marketing purposes and types of media which includes the following, but not limited to:

    • Create, organize, and maintain project-related content such as project narratives for project pages and case studies, boilerplate text, social media captions, text for award submissions, blog posts, and eblasts as well as other written content for marketing use that consistently captures the firm voice.
    • Prepare submission abstracts and speaker ask emails for speaking opportunities and coordinate overall effort once selected including preparation of presentation slides.
    • Review written content for quality control to ensure internal and external communications are on-brand.
    • Assists with roadmap planning, story concepting, and overall content schedules, and maintain content calendars and trackers.
    • Provide reporting and data analysis to inform content decision-making.
    • Accomplish additional miscellaneous as-needed projects to support marketing campaign developments and targeted efforts.

    Skills:

    • Excellent writing and proofreading skills in English.
    • Excellent communication skills including being an active listener and effective speaker.
    • Creative and inquisitive mindset.
    • Excellent organizational skills.
    • Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Acrobat/Reader, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Efficient with Microsoft Excel and Adobe Photoshop helpful.
    • Thrive in fast paced environment.
    • Ability to execute short-term goals infused with long term initiatives.
