Follow KSS through Philly as we "crawl" through the city's tile showrooms

Where’s the fun in always being bogged down at your desk? The KSS Materiality Design Group had an idea to blend fun and learning outside the office walls. We took to the streets of Philadelphia for a Material “Pub Crawl” to some of Philly’s prestigious tile showrooms and it was a delightful experience!

• The tour kicked off with the Philadelphia Daltile Showroom. At Daltile, our KSS professionals received first-hand knowledge of top tiered products from the leading and largest brand in U.S. ceramic tiles. 

•  The crawl continued with a short, four-minute walk around the block to the Garden State Tile Showroom. As a highly sought-after tile and stone distributor, the design consultants at Garden State Tile gave KSS the inside scoop to their vast selections and products. 

• The final trek before heading home to Independence Mall was to the Nemo Tile Showroom. KSS socialized and lunched with Nemo Tile and with full stomachs and fueled brains, we learned from the story of their success as a provider of top-performing surface materials of porcelain, ceramic, metal, glass, stone, and mosaics. 

Thank you Daltile, Garden State Tile, and Nemo Tile for contributing to a day filled with inspiration for our KSS employees.  It was an invaluable learning experience from businesses that have been rooted on the east coast for years and have supported design professionals in their endeavors of cultivating sophisticated and creative spaces.
