KSS Architects Promotes four Employees to Senior Associate

KSS Architects, a national architecture, interior design, and planning firm, is proud to announce the promotion of Elizabeth Emig, Don Kim, Rocky McClure, and Andrew Sniderman to Senior Associate. Each of these individuals have made a unique impact on the firm and continue to elevate its success through their contributions.

 

Elizabeth Emig, AIA has a diverse range of experience on a variety of project types including educational, corporate, medical, and industrial. Beth thrives when working collaboratively with clients to understand their needs and the hidden design potential in the challenges they face whether the project is a renovation, new construction, or a study of existing conditions. At KSS for nearly 10 years, Beth is a dedicated member of the firm and Creative Team Leader.

Don Kim, AIA is driven by a desire to enrich the human experience and believes in the power of architecture to meaningfully contribute to this pursuit. Over the past 20 years, Don has created beautiful, healthy, and durable built environments ranging from 50,000-square-foot healthcare, science/technology, and educational facilities, to one-million-square-foot mixed-used developments. He is a passionate designer and dedicated Creative Team Leader.

Rocky McClure has led teams delivering a wide range of industrial work since joining KSS in 2015. His  passion, curiosity, and dedication extend past architecture into the complex industrial processes and integration that elevate places of and for industry. His strength in forging client relationships, his leadership and mentorship of younger staff, and his experience living and working internationally make Rocky an exceptional architect and invaluable project team leader.

Andrew Sniderman, AIA has worked on a wide variety of complex, culturally significant, and award-winning architectural projects for institutional, academic, and governmental clients throughout his 23-year career. As a Creative Team Leader, Andy leads with earnest enthusiasm, positivity, and creativity, guiding team members to meet client and project goals with grace under pressure.
