KSS welcomes two Senior Project Architects to the firm. Get to know our newest KSSers, whose architecture expertise and personal interests span multiple markets, typologies, and hobbies.

David Gagné, RA, Senior Project Architect

David joined KSS New York City office in Spring 2024 bringing almost four decades of architectural design and project management expertise. His diverse project experience includes mixed-use residential developments, commercial retail, and private academic institutions. David’s career in architecture was inspired by an early appreciation for the built environment and a love of drawing, model making, and art. Architecture brings all his interests together while positively impacting the communities he serves. When not working in the city, David enjoys playing guitar, singing and writing songs, practicing capoeira, camping with friends, and hiking with his wife and dog.

Frank Costantini, RA, NCARB, Senior Project Architect

Frank joined KSS Princeton office in Spring 2024. With over a decade of experience, Frank brings an understanding of complex project management and a diverse architectural background. His project experience spans industrial, retail, and commercial markets. Frank is looking forward to bringing his passion for cutting-edge design and navigating complex projects to KSS. He is particularly interested in data center design and sustainable solutions like EV charging facilities. When not in the office, Frank enjoys gardening, home projects, and spending time with his family.
