KSS Elevates Seven Employees

KSS Architects, a nationally acclaimed architecture, interior design, and planning firm with offices in New York, NY, Philadelphia, PA, and Princeton, NJ, is delighted to announce the promotion of seven employees throughout the organization.

Each of these individuals has made a distinctive and enduring impact on their respective teams and the overall firm, contributing to KSS’s growth and success. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to these team members, whose contributions are indispensable in our mission to create a better world through the power of architecture.

Tusher Alam, promoted to the position of Senior Project Accountant.
Tusher initially joined KSS and the accounting team due to his appreciation for the firm’s commitment to community-building and its positive work culture. His lifelong passion for numbers and exceptional attention to detail consistently ensure the timely and accurate completion of account activity, keeping the KSS financial ship running.

Quiet and hard-working, Tusher’s reliability has carved out his role as an essential team member, and contributor to our firm growth.”

 

Paige Bradley, promoted to the position of Associate.
Paige’s ability to connect with and learn from a broad cross-section of people continues to promote a positive office culture and process efficiencies, supporting the overall success of the firm. Her expertise in operations and office management have become invaluable to the firm. Her role has expanded to support business development, recruitment, and finances, in addition to total market operations support and administrative team management.

Michael Grauer, AIA, CDT, LEED AP, promoted to the position of Associate.
Michael’s architectural experience, with a focus on science and technology, educational, civic, and mixed-use projects, serves to significantly enhance our teams’ capabilities. Leveraging his extensive practice-based research expertise, Micheal leads our Tectonics Design Group advocating for design excellence across all markets. Michael’s passion for building science, research, problem-solving, and project-based mentorship continues to inspire his dedication to great design and thoughtful project delivery. Licensed in multiple states, Micheal’s prior experience includes an impressive list of notable projects among which is the U.S. Embassy in London.

Molly Grassi, promoted to the position of Proposal Manager.
Molly’s attention to detail and love of visual storytelling have elevated the marketing team’s project pursuit process and proposal deliverables. As Proposal Manager, she will continue to pursue work that equitably enriches and enhances the lives of people and their communities.

Partner Mayva Donnon says, “Molly has managed our proposals with a singular, driven eye for detail and an intuitive ability to strategize and win projects. These proposals are complicated efforts, and she works hard to coordinate across teams and put all the pieces together. Molly is gifted at making even the most complicated pursuits easy, and her work ethic is an inspiration for the firm.”

 

Kelsey Maher, promoted to the position of Office Manager.
Kelsey’s curiosity, willingness to expand her expertise, and attention to detail have made her an essential member of the New York City office and KSS administrative team. In addition to day-to-day office management responsibilities, she will assist leadership with daily firm-wide operations and long-term planning.

She is a creative problem solver who will undoubtedly excel in her new role, fostering a dynamic and thriving environment within our New York City office.”

 

Kenneth Miraski, RA, LEED Green, promoted to the position of Senior Associate.
Ken’s ability to produce high-caliber documentation, manage client expectations, and provide detailed guidance to project team members has quickly established him as a mentor and leader within KSS. With more than ten years of experience working as an architect in New York City, Ken continues to elevate our team’s design and delivery for multifamily, K-12 and adaptive reuse projects. An avid cyclist, Ken, can often be found riding his bike throughout the tri-state area.

Ken has demonstrated remarkable leadership qualities, exceptional architectural talent, and a deep commitment to client satisfaction,” states Partner Merilee Meacock. “His dedication not only enriches our New York office, but also strengthens our entire KSS community.”

 

Srinath Nallan, promoted to the position of Executive Director of Finance.
Srinath is an integral member of KSS’s leadership team supporting firm operations. His decades of global accounting and finance expertise inform the firm’s financial planning and analysis, business intelligence, forecasting, budgeting, and so much more. Srinath believes, and has proven, that finance is more than just numbers—its value lies in generating actionable narratives to inform business leaders to make strategic decisions.

“Srinath came to us with three decades of experience in financial planning, analysis, and operations, and he quickly made himself an indispensable member of the KSS team,” explains Partner Matt McChesney. “He has transformed our ability to analyze, understand, and forecast our finances, which has yielded greater understanding and predictability around our firm trajectory.  His guidance of the financial team combined with his innovative initiatives have allowed us to build our firm value which is a core component of our firm vision of design excellence.”
