KSS Architects Welcomes New Hires

In the second half of 2021, KSS is pleased to have welcomed nine new team members in addition to the eight individuals who joined the firm in the first half of the year. Our new hires bring to the team expertise in architecture, accounting, business operations, interior design, and communications and business development.

Paige Bradley, Office Manager

Paige’s expertise is in operations and office management. She loves being the “go-to” person and a resource for others. In her role as office manager, Paige enjoys working and learning from a broad cross section of people to promote to the overall efficiency and success of the firm.

Victoria Bryant, Project Architect

Victoria’s desire to pursue architecture is centered around the belief that successful design should be accessible to all people, regardless of socioeconomic status, ethnicity, gender, or any other defining factors. As a designer, she is most excited by the opportunity to positively affect peoples’ lives and make a meaningful contribution to the world. Victoria has experience in single and multi-family residential, K-12, and institutional projects.

Maddie Carver, Communications & Business Development Coordinator

Maddie comes to KSS from the furniture world where she was an A&D Relationship Manager. With expertise in business development and relationship building, Maddie is at her best when collaborating with other creatives. She is keenly interested in the cross section between marketing and business development and how a true marriage between the two can benefit organizations for the better.

James Coyne, Intern Architect

James, a recent graduate of Savannah College of Art and Design, has been drawn to architecture for as long as he can remember, especially the opportunities the profession affords to learn about many different topics, exercise creativity, and impact the lives of others. While volunteering for the National Building Museum’s summer programs, James gained personal experience in education by helping children and teens to understand the built environment which he hopes to apply through educational projects.

Ashley DiVito, Interior Designer

After 10 years in corporate communications and marketing communications in the pharmaceutical/life science industries, Ashley decided to pursue her lifelong love of design. Upon earning a Master of Interior Architecture, she gained experience working in cruise ship design. She is passionate in the power of design to heal, promote community, inspire, and instill a sense of happiness.

 Nick LoCicero, Project Architect

Nick is focused on generating transformation within the design community, especially at the intersection of technology and design. His study of the experience economy in graduate school has translated to retail/entertainment architecture where Nick has cultivated expertise in the design and development of flagship ‘retailtainment’ locations, creating experiences through a collaborative design process.

Srinath Nallan, Controller

Srinath has 20+ years of extensive global accounting and finance expertise in financial planning and analysis, business intelligence, forecasting, budgeting, profit and loss reporting, auditing, and tax. Srinath believes that finance is more than just numbers—its value lies in generating actionable narratives to inform business leaders to make strategic decisions. As a finance professional, he enjoys the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth of the business.

Nadine Skirka, Senior Project Accountant

Nadine brings to KSS nearly two decades of accounting experience with expertise in budgeting, month-end close, payroll, billing, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. She sees her job as an opportunity to do two things she loves—problem solve and help people

Vance Stoner, Project Architect

Vance is excited by social-minded projects of consequence that enhance and empower individuals’ lives, contribute to a more sustainable environment, and enrich the local context. His experience spans civic and public architecture, including library and community center projects in the Bay Area and nationally, as well as affordable housing in New York City. He is well-versed in all aspects of the design process and has experience in stakeholder engagement, leading focus groups and community outreach events.
